A graduate of The University of Alabama, yielding a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Environmental Sciences has equipped Kelsey with the ability to connect with a variety of people and envision different opportunities of a home, lifestyle, and dream.
After attending college, Kelsey took her career back to Sarasota and Tampa working for Shaw Floors as a Hard Surface Territory Manager. In those 8 years at Shaw, Kelsey won multiple awards including Rookie of the Year and the $3 Million Dollar Club. In 2021, she received her Real Estate License and has been working as Monica Verinder’s partner since. With a passion for pleasing people, Kelsey has strong values of hard work, honesty, and exceptional customer service great characteristics of a Real Estate Agent.
Growing up in Lakewood Ranch and now residing in Downtown Sarasota, Kelsey has a unique perspective on the different areas of the Suncoast. From a retiree's dream destination to the charismatic, lavish destination with a vibrant downtown of today's Sarasota, Kelsey has seen the true progression of the Suncoast.
In her free time, Kelsey enjoys reading, shopping, exploring new places downtown, and Pickleball. You can always find Kelsey checking out the latest in interior design trends and decorating her own home, or spending time with her family nearby.
