Get Monica as your agent, and you've got a friend in Florida! Being new to Florida, we needed a rental home until we were ready to purchase our own. Monica really knocked it out of the park finding us an exceptional neighborhood. She did this while finding a realtor who would accept renters with 2 large dogs (no easy task in the Sarasota area!).
